Ardys and Mark live in Southport, CT. They have a blended family with 5 grown children and 2 dogs between them. Ardys does design and planning, while Mark is a general contractor. They bought their first vacation rental (Water's Edge) in Ithaca, NY in 2021. They spent 8 months gut renovating it from top to bottom and it is truly their pride and joy. Ardys and Mark are constantly on the go between locations, making improvements, and taking great pride in the work they've done on the construction and furnishing of this home.
