We have large indoor and outdoor dining areas, 2 fire pits, 2 huge decks, a flat yard for playing games, a boathouse with 3 kayaks, a paddle board, a boat lift, and a dock. Inside the house there are 3 large SmartTVs, a fully stocked kitchen, primary suite with separate balcony, full laundry room, and 6 skylights. This is a true 4 season home, with 2 cozy indoor fireplaces plus central air conditioning. The town of Ithaca is recognized for its gorgeous scenic waterfalls, hiking trails, plentiful fishing, and the many beautiful vineyards that are part of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail.
